This policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (Spanish Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Act, LOPDGDD) and the LSSI-CE.

2. A website that does not ask for data

The Website has no forms, user registration, purchases, advertising or analytics tools. You do not need to provide any personal data to read the guides, watch the videos, download the printable sheets or play the games.

3. What data may be processed and why

• If you email us: we will process your name, your email address and whatever you tell us in order to reply to you. Legal basis: the consent you give by writing to us and, where applicable, the taking of pre-contractual steps (for example, for licensing inquiries). We will keep the data for as long as necessary to deal with your inquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
• Technical server logs: as with any website, the server hosting it may log technical connection data (such as the IP address, the browser and the page visited) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest. These logs are kept for the minimum time necessary and are not used to identify users or to build profiles.

4. YouTube videos

Videos are shown using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. From that moment on, YouTube (Google) may process connection data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which may involve international data transfers covered by the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

5. Children

The Website is designed for children to enjoy together with an adult. We do not collect personal data from children: the games do not ask for names or any other data, do not send information to any server and only store game progress and settings on the device itself. If you are under 14, do not send us any personal data without the permission of your parents or guardians.

6. Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties unless required by law. Providers that supply us with technical services (such as website hosting or email) may access data solely in order to provide that service, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@animakitchent.com or to our postal address, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months in complex cases. If you believe that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access.
